“Emma” is the most beautiful horse in the world who arrived in Australia in February 2014!  We are very lucky to have been able to purchase this sensational broodmare from Emmy De Jeu.

Bred in Germany by Silvia Gehring, Emma is from one of the best mare lines in Oldenburg, the Edoste line.  Her full brother, Rosengold, is an approved stallion in Oldenburg, while her half brother (x Belissimo M), Best of Gold was the Champion of the Oldenburg stallion approvals in 2013.  Emma’s Granddam, Elfe, produced Diamo Gold (x Dimaggio), also an approved Oldenburg and Hannoverian stallion. Emma’s great granddam, Eskoria, produced no less than 6 approved stallions.

Before becoming a broodmare, Emma was a finalist in the Pavo Cup 4yo class under saddle (the Dutch National Young Horse Competition).

A few weeks after arriving in Australia, Emma was sashed champion broodmare at the AWHA Gala Show.  She is truly special and we hope she produces many beautiful foals for us.
